Fly Bungee Taupo – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Fly Bungee Taupo, we strive to provide an exciting and well-organised experience for all participants. To ensure the smooth operation of our classes, events, and courses, the following refund and cancellation terms apply:

• All class bookings must be paid at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
• All private events and 6-week courses must be paid no later than 1 week prior to the start date.
   

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class, event, or course.
• Participants who arrive late will be refused entry, and no refund or credit will be provided.
   

• A rescheduling fee of $20 applies to any booking change requested within 48 hours of the class start time.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged directly with Fly Bungee Taupo management.
