NEW TO FITNESS?

These classes are not just for fitness fanatics, I can make them as casual as you like. Groups of 5 can be taken in 1 class if you have more no problem we will accomodate your numbers. 

ADDED EXTRAS

Fancy a bit of food or some liquid whilst waiting for your friends if more than 5 people? Or having a rest after and looking at our amazing views of Lake Taupo and Mt Tauhara? Just ask for our add on packages.
