An introduction for anyone wanting to learn the basic skills of Fly Bungee. This class is good for those with a bit of confidence and eagerness to start the flying journey.
30 minutes fast paced class only available to those who have completed level 1 for more than 3 sessions within a 2-month period.

2 classes each week for a 6-week duration, from intro skills to level 3 you will fly your way through classes and choreograph your own dance to your chosen song. Discounted rates.
Fly Bungee with weights, TRX, resistance and Boxing all rolled into one class for the ultimate burn!

45-minute class with a combination of Fly Bungee to start and then get some leg and booty burn with our resistance bands. Add in some weights for some extra burn then finish off with some TRX mat work to complete the whole-body workout.
30-minute express Bungee class but then we throw in some boxing gloves and throw in some fight and flight moves. Ultimate cardio burn with low impact designed for all fitness levels and absolutely no sore muscles afterwards.
This 30-minute class is suitable for those who are new to exercise or recovering from injuries. These classes involve no flying around the room but a basic introduction to getting comfortable in the harness and taking the pressure off the joints. Very suitable for seniors, injuries and those with little or no confidence in the fitness world.
